Corporate Sustainability
► Establish a part-time unit for sustainable development, greenhouse gas inventory task force, and join the TCFD initiative in 2023:
To effectively implement the Company’s sustainable development policies, a "Sustainability Committee" under the Board of Directors has been established as a dedicated organization for the company's sustainability initiatives. Additionally, a part-time Sustainable Development Unit has been created to clearly define roles and responsibilities. Based on different missions, task forces have been set up for "Employee Care," "Social Welfare," "Environmental Sustainability," "Corporate Governance," and "Product Responsibility," with each task force assigned to the relevant departments for execution.
To ensure the smooth implementation of the Company’s greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory and to facilitate the transfer of related expertise, Greenyn established a GHG Inventory Task Force. The task force, led by the Inventory Leader, is responsible for coordinating and managing GHG-related information and operations.
In March 2023, Greenyn officially became a supporter of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
In 2024, Greenyn completed a double materiality assessment of sustainability topics and, in accordance with the requirements of IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards S1 and S2, conducted evaluations, introduced gap and impact analyses, and disclosed the relevant information in its 2024 Sustainability Report.
In addition to identifying internal sustainability topics through the double materiality approach, Greenyn also initiated its first Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire in 2024, focusing on key suppliers. The initial response rate reached 75%, and we aim to gradually increase both participation and coverage as a foundation for expanding our impact on sustainable supply chain management.
