The Company has established the Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct approved by the Board as the policy to be observed by the Group for ethical management, actively promotes corporate ethics and core value of honesty, and prevents the occurrence of corruption. The standards state that the Company shall implement a series of measures that aim to prevent, discover, and respond to bribery and provide relevant instructions; in particular, the standards show the commitment of the Company to improve the awareness and comply with anti-bribery laws by implementing appropriate procedures.
To optimize the administration of ethical management, the Company has appointed the President's Office as the dedicated department in accordance with the Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct approved by the Board and allocated sufficient resources and capable personnel for the amendments, implementation, interpretation. consultation services, file-building of reported content, and execution supervision of the Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct, and it shall periodically (at least once a year) report to the Board.
The Company periodically promotes educational training related to ethical management; the contents of the courses include: guided reading for the content of the ethical policy, summary, and actual example illustration.
Educational training of the Company in 2022: The Company held the educational training course "Corporate Governance - Ethics and Honesty Communication" related to ethical management; all employees of the Group have participated in the one-hour educational communication, with 128 employees (100%) signed the commitment of ethics and honesty after the training. New employees of the Group will be required to sign the commitment upon the assumption of their positions.

The Company promotes ethical management and encourages employees, suppliers, and customers to take courage in reporting unethical behaviors; the Company promises to keep the identity of the whistleblower and whistleblowing content confidential and promises to protect whistleblowers from inappropriate treatment due to whistleblowing.
If the matter involves general employees, report to the head of the department; if the matter involves Directors or senior management, report to Independent Directors. A whistleblower should at lease provide the following information:
1.Name and ID No. of the whistleblower (the report may also be made anonymously), and the contact address, phone number, and e-mail of the whistleblower.
2.Name of the accused or other data sufficient to identify the identity and features of the accused.
3.Substantial evidence available for investigation.

The Company should preserve the written documents for the acceptance, investigation process, and investigation results of any report for a period of five years.
